Kansas Republic is the original government reinhabited, consistent with the intent of the Founding Fathers, and this nation's founding documents. This lawful government was achieved when the defacto corporate government defaulted on its own administrative process to redress the grievances legally filed by We, the People, assembled in lawful grand juries on all 50 states.
Continued failure of the defacto corporate government to serve the People is resulting in a quiet, peaceful exodus from unlawful 14th Amendment servitude back to a lawful assembly of People on the soil of the several free states. These lawful bodies-politic have elected their own to offices within the original framework of representational government which the defacto corporate government abandoned nearly 150 year ago.
Today, Kansas Republic is working to serve the People by education, self-restraining legislation, and working to peaceably restrict the corporate government to its lawful boundaries as described in it's incorporating charter. Today, Kansas Republic prepares to fill the void that will be opened among the nations of the World when the defacto corporate government collapses as a result of its own mis-management and defiance of the law originally set forth by nature's Creator.
